Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy.
An email confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received. Please allow 4-6 days for orders to be processed. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email that will include your tracking number. Standard shipping is $7.95 for orders shipped within the United States. There is no international shipping.
Orders that are received damaged due to shipping will be replaced, free of charge. Proof of damage must be submitted upon immediate receipt of your order before products will be replaced.
There is a $5.00 delivery fee for orders delivered locally.
Return Policy.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted on clothing, books, and Kalm Konfidence merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All body care (Kalm Kreations by Kyla) items are only returnable at the discretion of Kalm Konfidence, LLC. We will refund 100% for all items that are considered returnable. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping is non-refundable. Also, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for any items that are returned.
Pick-Up Policy.
An email confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received. Please allow 4-6 days for orders to be processed. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email providing you with pick-up location information. There is no charge for orders that are picked up. Pick-up orders must be picked up within 3-5 business days, otherwise, they will be returned to inventory and resold.
